Credit Discrepancies & Pending Invoices
If you have Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator (or alternative tool) and you have not received your credits from a successful trade or your invoice is in a ‘Pending’ state, please wait at least 6 hours before creating a post using the Credit Discrepancies & Pending Invoices form. Most Steam Trading down time or WH System issues will resolve themselves during that time.
You may post Consigned item issues here as well using the appropriate form. Consigned items are those you trade to the WH to sell on your behalf.
